1) On WHM go to Service Configuration -> Exim Configuration Manager
2) Then lookm for Rebuild Reverse DNS and click on "Rebuild RDNS Cache"
And you are done, the REVERSE DNS (PTR) PROBLEMS EXIST should be gone from Email Deliverability on Cpanel
Update Cache: REVERSE DNS (PTR) cpanel PROBLEMS EXIST
If your Reverse DNS has already been updated but cPanel still shows the PTR error "Problem Exists", you need to Rebuild RDNS cache.
