1. Log into cPanel
Two ways to access cPanel:
1. cpanel.website ( example: cpanel.yourwebsite.com )
2. website/cpanel ( example: yourwebsite.com/cpanel )
2. On the right side, find your username, Dedicated / Shared IP (not Last Login IP), this IP will be used as your hostname, and the password will be the same as the one that you used to log into cPanel
3. In summary, the information that you will require for the FTP connection is:
HOST (IP Address)
USERNAME (same as to log into cPaneland shown on the right side of cPanel)
PASSWORD (same as used to log into cPanel)
PORT: for SFTP is 22
